Benefits of Business Trips and Travel – Corey Abisdid

One of the means of building skills and further developing team members at RPRA Marketing Group is a well planned  and executed business trip. Business trips create great opportunities for coaching and exercising skill sets learned and developed in the office during the day-to-day operations.

One of our telecom marketing teams recently visited a sister office, and we were able to get first hand experience prospecting new markets while implementing our transferable skills and systems. A recent hire and rising star at RPRA Group, Adam Cholminski, took to the task of training and interviewing candidates for the first time as well as increasing his already burgeoning place in the rankings of our current Verizon FiOS campaign.

Aside from the growth and learning opportunities presented, business trips are a great way to kick back with a few coworkers from the office. Hearing about their experiences continues to provide inspiration to myself as well as others. The ability to truly network and get to know others whom are striving for similar goals creates commrodery and team unity.Gaining insight while helping another office is another rewarding part of a business trip.

Need a fresh perspective from the day-to-day? Then schedule a business trip whenever possible; the results may surprise even you!
